Blankney Estates is looking to recruit a full-time Summer Grass Pad Operator to join our busy and experienced crop drying team, on a Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate would join the Team in April 2025 and would work through the summer harvesting season, finishing on the 31st October 2025.

The successful candidate will primarily be responsible with loading our factory intake bin with recently harvested grass, safely and efficiently. Due to the nature of the position, previous experience of using heavy machinery such as a JCB Telehandler, is essential. There may also be a requirement to work elsewhere within the factory environment, as and when required.

The role will be a mixture of day and night shifts, as well as Saturdays. Rates of pay will be agreed upon successful interview and determination of previous experience; we are very pleased to offer competitive rates of overtime, alongside our additional ‘night shift allowance’.
